Cardiology Escalation Protocol: 1. For CTS, IC, CHF & CICU issues please contact the MSH Cath Lab Control Room 212-241-0935 Cardiac Shock Escalation Protocol: 1. For Providers to activate Shock, call the Transfer Center at 833 MH Shock for activation. The Transfer Center will contact the individual team members for clinical discussion and acceptance.
