If you�ve placed an order to initiate a Transfer or Tele-consult, and have not received a notification from the Transfer Center within 15 minutes:

Call the Transfer Center at 1-800-TO-SINAI (800-867-4624)

If you�re unable to reach the Transfer Center by phone: - If call volume is high, remain on the line. We will answer your call as soon as an agent is available.

If no response within 15 minutes, contact System Throughput at 212-241-7461. Escalate to an RN Clinical Program Manager.
