ADS Night: Weekdays Nights 6pm-8am
1 - Front Line Provider in EPIC
2 - Hospitalist Night Time
3 - Night Lead Hospitalist
ADS Day: Weekend Day 8am-5pm
1 - Front Line Provider in EPIC
2 - Attending Provider
3 - Day Lead Hospitalist
ADS Nights: Weekend Night 5pm-8pm
1 - Front Line Provider in EPIC
2 - Hospitalist Night Time
3 - Night Lead Hospitalist
MSHS Hospital Transfer Escalation Protocol:
1 - Identify Attending Hospitalist and Front Line Provider
2 - Contact Attending Hospitalist and Front Line Provider via Epic chat
3 - If no response within 20 min x 2 attempts, contact Hospitalist via cell phone
4 - If no response within 20 min, escalate to Division Leadership via Epic chat and Outlook email

Changes to AM Divvy Oversight Role
There will be no attending oversight role
The AM Divvy will be the sole responsibility of the Night MAPAs
